Maine Finds

Ahhh what an amazing trip to Maine! I already want to go back. We lucked out on the beautiful weather, and the scenery at the Samoset was just gorgeous. I now see why so many New Englanders "summer" there.  


My mother and I did visit many antique stores in Rockland, Rockport, Camden and Lincolnville, but from our experience we were a little underwhelmed by the antiques.  We did however stumble upon one pleasant surprise in Camden, MargoMoore Interiors. It is a darling, mother and daughter run, home accessory and gift shop, that provides decorating services in the area. I found it impressive that in the small town of Camden they were able to carry designer lines such as Dash & Albert, Pickard, Herendon, Company C, Ralph Lauren, Simon Pearce, Brunschwig & Fils, Osborne & Little and more.  They are also carrying Lilly Pulitzer's' new line of furniture, which will officially launch this fall.  I think this Lilly Pulitzer look is  fabulous for a New England summer home.
